Easy Returns Within 14 Days
If you’re not satisfied with your Kik-Fix product, contact us at contact@thekikfix.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll guide you through the return process and ensure a swift, stress-free experience.
Replacement Parts & Beyond
Things happen, and if you need replacement parts after your initial purchase, we’re here to help. If it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, we’ll cover shipping on your replacement parts. Beyond 30 days, we may ask you to cover the shipping cost. Either way, we’ll work with you to keep your Kik-Fix in top shape.
International Purchases
For our international customers, if you are not fully satisfied with your Kik-Fix purchase, please contact us at contact@thekikfix.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll issue a full refund of the product price. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not require returns on international orders.
